It arrived fast, but the packages were damaged and with Chinese letters all over. When I asked for return I got a Chinese address and a deadline to send back the goods. I asked the store multiple times for help, since I never sent anything from Europe to China and the local couriers does not have this service. The customer support was kind and every time they said the issue has been escalated to upper levels and in 48h it will be resolved. Unfortunately it never got resolved. I ordered 3 mugs from which 1 had scratches.
