Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. We offer same day dispatch on all orders paid for by 3PM Mon-Fri (Excludes bank holidays). Any orders paid for after 3PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. This is dependent on the shipping service you choose when placing your order. eBay will display an estimated arrival date on the item page before you purchase.
Q. Can I change my address after I have placed an order?
A. As we use Royal Mail software which automatically produces your postage label from your payment details, we are unable to change this after purchase. If you have placed an order with the wrong address please message us ASAP. We will then cancel and refund your order, so that you can re-order with the correct address/postage details.
Q. I am a 'mint in box' collector. Are your products suitable?
A. We sell thousands of brand new collectable items on eBay including figurines, action figures and other various collectables. We are occasionally contacted by 'mint in box' collectors who require 100% mint product to keep sealed for collection / future investment purposes. Unfortunately, due to the way that items are shipped to us by suppliers, it is always possible that the packaging on any item may have minor marks / dents / blemishes or other signs of general wear and tear. For this reason we regret that we cannot offer any of our products as being suitable for such collectors.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We offer international delivery through the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP). This is where eBay advertise our goods on eBay sites around the world along with a separate charge for international postage and any applicable customs/import charges. When you order through GSP, we will ship the item to an eBay warehouse in the UK. eBay then repackage the item and send it to you. Please note that the delivery and import charges are set by eBay and we do not have any control over those costs. GSP can offer reduced shipping costs for multiple items purchased in one transaction - Just add the desired items to your basket and eBay will show you the total shipping costs before purchase. For international orders eBay will show you an estimated arrival date before purchase.
Q. I have not received my order.
A. If the estimated delivery window has passed and you have not received your order, please message us through eBay messaging.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. If a trackable postage service was chosen you will see the tracking number on your my eBay page on the evening the item was dispatched.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Should you need to cancel your order please message us ASAP through eBay messages. We dispatch orders throughout the day, if we are able to cancel it we will do so. If the order has already been shipped we do offer 30-day returns on all eBay purchases.
Q. Can I return an unwanted item?
A. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however if you're not you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. Please see our Returns page for full details.
Q. I have received a damaged/faulty item.
A. We are sorry to hear this. Please message us through eBay with details of the issue and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.
